Had a great Xmas experience! Loved the spa facilities including various saunas and pools to relax. the breakfast was simply the best with a wide range of healthy and delicious options. the location was perfect being situated by the sea with amazing views.

Was a bit disappointed with the gym facilities as they weren't well-maintained. some of the service staff were not very friendly and approachable, which affected our experience.

I liked the mineral spa and had a very nice meal

I had booked an 80 minute facial but it only lasted 50 minutes. The bathroom was small with a very small shower. Breakfast was nothing special.

The hotel was an excellent relaxing experience situated right at the sea with wonderful service and great spa and treatments. Highly recommended. I should be back when the snow is there!

Perhaps the breakfast could have started a bit earlier. I did not have the chance to enjoy it fully because my early leave. (Business/work often starts at 08.00)

The location was perfect, right at the beach and close to the city center. The views from my bedroom window were fine, with a direct view out into the sea. The hotel facilities were superb, especially the spa with a variety of different rooms and a pool. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good Nordic choice and there was even a special vitamin drink. this hotel had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea from our bedroom window. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from the friendly girl behind the bar who chatted with us and made our evenings pleasant, to the kind and friendly Chinese man who gave us a relaxing massage. The breakfast offered a good Nordic choice and the "vitamin drink" was a refreshing addition. The spa facilities were truly superb, with a variety of rooms, pools, and jacuzzis - some even offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The early morning spa experience, with no one else around, was pure tranquility.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We recently spent our Easter holidays at a hotel by the beach. We were delighted to find a spacious and well-furnished room with a beautiful ocean view balcony. The staff was informative, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed different types of saunas and swimming pools in the spa. The proximity of the parking lot across the street for a reasonable fee was a plus. We particularly enjoyed the warm mineral water grotto which was very relaxing. Overall a great experience and location!

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few letdowns. The staff at the outdoor lounge seemed disorganized, we had to wait for a long time to place an order.
